Get ready for a yoga practice on a very special'mat' : a SUP board!
Yes, in Desenzano del Garda you can take part in a 1-hour SUP yoga lesson in the company of acertified teacher.
The light of the sunset combined with the peace and quiet of the lake will help your body and mind relax for atruly regenerating experience!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before 19:30 at the meeting point in Desenzano del Garda (BS). Upon arrival we will be welcomed by theinstructor waiting to gather the rest of the participants.
We will paddle just offshore (usually no more than 20 metres) and anchor our boards so that we have a fixed attachment point and greater stability.
At this point, we will begin to get familiar with the space on our yoga 'mat', i.e. our board. After a few seated and kneeling positions, we will work on balance with simple to more challenging positions.
During the class we will practice yoga Asana (posture exercises), pranayama (breathing) and meditation guided by the calm voice of our certified yoga teacher .
At the end of the lesson, we will be lulled by the water at sunset, fully enjoying the feeling of relaxation surrounded by the natural setting of Lake Garda.
The lesson will last about 1 hour in total .
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable from 14 years of age; children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
This activity is of an easy level and suitable for a first experience of Yoga SUP.
To participate, good physical condition and being able to swim is required.
Other information
This activity is bookable from May to September, and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 4 participants.
The venue is located within a private structure with private parking, subject to availability. All directions to the private indoor car park will be given upon confirmation of the activity.
On site, there are changing rooms with showers, toilets and lockers for storing personal belongings.
Photos and/or videos of the experience can be provided on request: remember to request them from the instructor during the activity.
Dogs are not allowed during the experience.
