What a sense of satisfaction!

After those first few nervous steps, we let ourselves go and I have to admit it was breathtaking! It was marvellous arriving in the village, leaving the car behind to set off along the path through the woods, and marvellous reaching the starting point and seeing the bridge right in front of us. The guide’s instructions were crystal clear and he harnessed us up properly; then off we went, and after a few minutes of nervousness, it was brilliant to let go and enjoy the view. I suffer from vertigo and used this experience to try and overcome my fear, as well as to give my partner a unique experience. I’d do it a thousand times over and highly recommend it!

The bridge in the sunshine is simply spectacular and offers a breathtaking view, whilst the tour of the Dossena mines is a fascinating experience, steeped in history and made all the more interesting by the knowledgeable and truly passionate guides. An unexpected surprise

The Tibetan bridge is a breathtaking experience; it’s best not to go if it’s too hot.nThe mine is amazing. Next time, I’ll ask if I can chip off a piece of purple fluorite with a small hammer: there are plenty of veins within easy reach.
