This is the sweetest good morning of all! We are talking about our beekeeping experience in Caprino Veronese, in the beautiful natural setting of Monte Baldo and Lake Garda. A young beekeeper will accompany you to discover the world of bees, the sounds and scents of which you will learn to recognise. An experience of over 2 hours, which will end with a delicious tasting of honey!
Become a beekeeper for a day by participating in this experience in Cazzago, in the Veneto countryside: a beekeeper will welcome you into the world of bees, accompanying you to discover their life in the colourful hives. An activity lasting one and a half hours, which will end with the delivery of a jar of honey!

My aunt and I decided to venture into something alternative and exciting. And so we found ourselves doing an outdoor activity that I never dreamed I would be able to do: beekeeping! At the farm, in Caprino Veronese, there are Alex, Fanny and Katia. They have a passion for bees that is commendable. After taking a tour of the farm and seeing all their animals, they showed us the structure of the hive, made us dress up in their special uniforms, and took us to open the hives, take out the frames, to see the worker bees and the first stocks of honey. We also saw the queen bee. At the end of the activity, they sat us down in the garden for a tasting of various types of honey. Unquestionably, this was a diary page unlike any other. Highly recommended for groups of friends or family outings.

Giulia a true enthusiast told us many details about these wonderful little creatures and answered our curious questions. They were moments of pure emotion, seeing all those bees from so close up a pure spectacle of nature. What can I say, a big thank you to Giulia for such an exciting and unforgettable experience.

Magnificent experience!! The guide was very good at explaining the world of bees; she made us observe a beehive up close, clearly explaining its various functions. She then made us put on our bee protectors, and together we went into the field to examine the work of bees up close, while she explained their different roles. Our guide Giulia was very attentive and gentle with her bees, showing respect for the environment. Finally, as a gift, we received 2 jars of millefiori honey produced by her.

It was a truly unique and complete experience. Giulia accompanied us very well into the world of bees and we enjoyed and were thrilled to see this reality up close. Right from the start we got in tune with Giulia thanks to her ability to put visitors at ease. In addition, we could sense her great love for bees as she is committed to providing them with as natural a habitat as possible, which is much harder to find nowadays.
