In Piasco (CN), at the Kauss Agricultural Brewery, you will discover a story that unites territory and social inclusion, but above all what it means to drink a product that comes directly from the fields surrounding it, including barley, hops and wheat cultivated according to organic farming methods. An experience of about 2 hours, in the company of the master brewer, during which you will taste different types of craft beers accompanied by a rich platter of local products!

When Italy had not yet won its fourth World Cup, Nuovo Birrificio Nicese was already dreaming of producing craft beer in Nizza Monferrato. Today that dream is an agricultural reality that cultivates its raw materials to create unique products. And indeed, during this experience, you will visit the production laboratory and brewing room, discovering how barley grown in the fields is transformed into beer.
