Little organisation

A fantastic experience that everyone should try! Our instructor, Samuel, in the company of his mother, were 2 exquisite people, they made us feel immediately at ease. The reason for the 4 stars is for the organisation of the agency: the website said that the flight would be in Pinzolo and instead the meeting point was an hour and a half away and we were notified only in the morning via a voice message. Also always the site said that photos and videos would be included in the price and instead it was not so!

El vuelo fue fantasico y Samuel tambien! Lo que no me gustó es que hubo un cambio de sitio y no se me informo por correo ni me dieron la ubicación nueva, tube que ir preguntando. Tampoco se me dió un pdf con un codigo que necesitaba.
