Beautiful day out
A wonderful, educational and exciting experience. The hosts made us feel immediately at ease as if we were part of the family. Well and lovingly kept animals, delicious and genuine snack afterwards

An original experience with animals you don't see every day!
The experience was fantastic: Maura and her family know how to open the doors of their farm to visitors with extreme hospitality and passion. Among the various animals, the special feature are the birds of prey. Owls and eagles are the charm of this place. The snack consists of cold meats, cheeses, homemade focaccia and a savoury pie also made by Maura. All excellent. What struck me was the in-depth knowledge of the world of birds of prey and the passion that is passed on with so many notions and curiosities. Definitely an experience you won't easily forget. Also ideal for children.

Passion for animals, friendliness and good food!
Unforgettable. To finally see birds of prey so close up, to stroke them and to hear them told with passion and expertise was priceless. We learnt that they too are playful, how to treat them with respect and how they live. We kept at least 4/5 different ones with the glove: several owls, buzzards and barn owls. The eagles are, quite rightly, in the exclusive care of the owners! We were greeted with an unexpected warmth, and as Maurizio himself says, 'Here you enter as customers and leave as friends': passion for the guests, for the food (a rich and delicious snack) and ESPECIALLY for the animals. The whole farm is run organically and ethically, even the other farm animals (baby goats, rabbits, chickens, ...) are kept for educational purposes only. Not the usual falconry 'lesson', we will definitely be back! They also have space to sleep in tents on the estate.

Welcome to Maura's!
We had the pleasure of meeting Maura and her family (human and otherwise) on a visit to the educational farm. We were guided through their garden inhabited by bunnies, baby goats and other farmyard animals with whom we were able to interact directly, rediscovering the no-longer-so-bad wonder of contact with nature. Not to mention the experience of holding a bird of prey on our arm, reflecting in its piercing eyes: a unique emotion! Last but not least, the final snack, in our case local cold meats and cheeses accompanied by honey and homemade jam. We guarantee, you will return home with a full belly and heart!

There are no words to describe if you love animals you absolutely must go! Great people and a lovely place I went for the birds of prey but it was great to be able to see the other animals on the farm too!

An afternoon with birds of prey
A wonderful experience, expectations absolutely exceeded! It's not just a farm tour like so many others. You really enter the world that the two owners have built over many years with passion and dedication towards nature and their animals. They gave us a lot of information about the animals, where they come from and how they live. The raptor experience was great for someone like me who had never approached birds of prey and was a bit afraid of them, but I must say that as a first experience it was very nice! Our little girl had a lot of fun. The snack was really good, besides the fact that it's not just a time to eat, but also a time for sharing and conviviality. We will definitely come back in the future!
