Bormio is a small town in the province of Sondrio, in Lombardy. Populated by about 4,000 inhabitants, it is located in Alta Valtellina, within the Stelvio National Park. Its location makes the village one of the most important ski resorts in the area, several times home to the Alpine Skiing World Championships.

The Bormio 2000 ski area, the so-called Bormio Ski Area, has 15 lifts capable of transporting up to 24,000 people per hour.
It is one of the best-known centers dedicated to winter sports in Lombardy, with 50 skiable kilometers divided into 7 blue runs (14 km total), 10 red runs (34 km total) and 1 black run (2 km). There are also 3 school camps for the less experienced.
With all this choice, anyone can enjoy skiing in Bormio, from easy slopes for beginners of all ages all the way up to the fearsome Stelvio slope, home for nearly 30 years of the Men’s World Cup.
Learning to ski in this winter paradise is an experience not to be missed. To learn or improve even faster and more effectively, you may decide to book a series of private one-on-one lessons with a ski instructor.

Everything went very well, the teacher was kind, friendly and very helpful. We confirmed 3 more lessons with him in the days following the first lesson and we hope to meet again in February to continue. We are very satisfied 😊

Impeccable customer service, someone always answers every call, by joy they answer Italian, where you can communicate and express your problem, different from foreign call centres where every time it's a tragedy.
