early September, ideal weather and temperatures for a hike. local and superbly prepared guide wonderful final panorama; beautiful various biological environments of the mountain, as you go uphill; a stream followed us at least half way (the source of the stream is on the mountain) Personally I was back from a period of physical inactivity due to childbirth and childcare; and therefore I recommend this hike to those with a minimum of physical training (not instant this with a little more slowness was doable even by me) I recommend this experience!
