It was a lovely trip to the forest, watching the amazing dogs sniff out and find so many truffles. They’re well-trained and really enjoy their work. Afterwards, we had a hearty lunch with truffles in every dish, from eggs to carpaccio and pasta. Generous portions and a wealth of information. I would have appreciated it if Claudio had been available to guide us and teach us, given his years of expertise, but it was olive harvest season. We did get to taste their olive oil, which was incredible.

Great experience! Fantastic place, very sweet dogs, they welcomed us all with a big smile and....the truffles....good truffles!!!! Kudos to Claudio, who in addition to being a great 'truffle hunter' is also an excellent chef!!!! Thanks to everyone!

Wonderful experience, highly recommended! Fun, interesting... and tasty! We were greeted with the utmost friendliness and helpfulness, we ate very well in front of a splendid panorama, and our daughters were delighted to be able to play with the adorable truffle dog puppies. The truffle hunt was exciting and informative, as well as very fruitful. I highly recommend the experience!
