Join our "Baptism of the Sea" experience in Porto San Paolo: in the company of a diving instructor, you will learn the basics of this aquatic discipline and experience the unique thrill of your first dive in the Tavolara and Punta Coda Cavallo Protected Marine Area. A complete course, consisting of a theoretical and practical part, held over 1 or 2 days depending on the preference agreed with the instructor. See you underwater!

I, who have always been afraid of the sea and its depths, never thought that I would be able to live such an experience and even manage to enjoy it in all its beauty! All credit to the instructors, especially Luca for patiently accompanying me on my first dive, and Giovanni and Irene for being able to calm me down and put me at ease even during the preparation. Thanks also to Freedome for convincing me to get out of my comfort 'bubble' and for giving me this emotion!

It was a unique and fascinating experience. I was a bit nervous at the beginning, but my instructor was very patient and helped me feel confident with the equipment. The water was fantastic and we saw a lot of fish. 🐠 At the end of the dive, a fantastic aperitif with typical Sardinian products awaited us. A real baptism of the sea! An experience to be repeated without a doubt! 🤿✨

A truly jaw-dropping experience (just kidding, don't leave your mouth open underwater) Giovanni and his team are fantastic! They calmed those who were more agitated, perfectly explained all the little tricks to safely enjoy the experience, and in addition they told us the history of the protected area and the creatures that live there, enriching even more an unforgettable adventure.
