Asiago Ski School: learn to ski or improve your technique on the slopes of the Asiago Plateau
The Altopiano dei Sette Comuni (also known as the Asiago Plateau) can count on a total of 50 km of ski slopes of varying length and difficulty. At the various ski resorts in the area, it is possible to enroll in a ski school to learn how to ski or take advanced lessons to improve your technique and become an expert skier.
Regardless of your level of preparation, Asiago’s ski courses will know how to guide you toward your goals, whether you are a beginner or an experienced skier. Of course, there are also ski courses for children and dedicated lessons for other winter disciplines such as snowboarding, cross-country skiing, freestyle skiing, and freeriding.
Private skiing lessons in Kaberlaba and on Monte Verena
Two of the most popular locations on the Asiago Plateau for skiing are Kaberlaba and Monte Verena. Kaberlaba is only 3 km from the center of Asiago, and its ski area is ideal for families because of the relative gentleness of its slopes, making it perfect for beginners and children. The Monte Verena 2000 ski area, on the other hand, is the largest and highest center of the entire Asiago Plateau. Its 12 slopes and 22 total miles certify it as one of the best places to ski in Asiago.
Group or private ski lessons can be taken at both resorts. The latter is preferable for those who want the teacher’s full attention on themselves, to learn quickly and have lessons targeted based on their level and limitations. Private ski lessons can be conducted on a one-to-one formula or in mini-groups, an opportunity to enjoy an activity with family or friends with the same training.
How much does it cost to take ski lessons in Asiago? Teacher fees fluctuate depending on the type of course and time of year. Private ski lessons, both for children and adults, have prices starting at 30€ per hour per person, a figure that can vary depending on the number of enrolled participants (usually a maximum of 4 per mini-group). As for group ski courses, on the other hand, to be taken throughout the entire ski week (2 hours a day for 6 days), rates are around 210€, in high season.
