In Vico Equense you can experience a real cheesemaker: enter a historic cheese factory dating back to 1920, put on your apron and bonnet and, under the expert eye of the master cheesemaker, discover how the most famous fiordilatte in the area is made from milk. First you watch, then you learn... and finally you put your hands to the dough. And the finale is exactly as it should be: a tasting of the freshly made products, accompanied by other local specialities: fresh mozzarella, cheeses, but also cured meats, bread, jams and local wine.
