A wonderful experience! We are...
A wonderful experience! We were welcomed by Lorenzo, a young man who was really keen to tell us the story of the mill. With his grandfather’s help, he set the mill wheel in motion to show us how stone-grinding works. A fully functioning mill! He then handed over to his aunt Marta, who prepared a fantastic snack for us, before letting us knead bread and pizza dough using their flour. nI highly recommend this experience.

A really lovely and interesting experience
An experience well worth trying – the owners are extremely kind and helpful. The steps involved in making milk are really fascinating, with detailed explanations, as well as the chance to milk a cow. It was also lovely to see the tagliatelle and casoncelli being made, which we took home at the end of the day along with some cheese. Lunch was very good and, above all, plentiful, featuring local produce.

farmer's day
a fantastic day in the midst of nature and animals, all accompanied by stefano's stories, who conveyed his love for this work. the milking and the cheese and fresh pasta workshops were special. if i had to find a small flaw, i would say breakfast and lunch were shared with the other participants (everyone sat on a single table with the courses in the middle to be shared). otherwise, congratulations stefano! it's an experience i recommend to everyone
