Escape from the city.
If you want to escape the city, unplug with your family, Luca and Vittoria will accompany you on a wonderful experience. Patient and knowledgeable people who make more than just cheese... the recipe is full of knowledge, a hands-on workshop, a rich and tasty aperitif and a wonderful final surprise... nature... and at the end you take home a little cheese heart made by you! Thank you for a light-hearted but emotionally rich day!

A fantastic experience
A fantastic experience – not too tiring and suitable for everyone. This is all made possible not only by the animals, but also by the staff, who are truly brilliant. Very nice day...
Very nice and interesting day. Morning spent learning the techniques for making cheese by putting our hands in the dough, then lunch tasting our product directly accompanied by exceptional cold meats and cheeses from the area, then in the afternoon we went to see the cowshed trying the milking of the goats. All at a very good price. Very nice experience to do it again
