Super experience!!! Going upstream in the waters of the Gorges is not easy, but the guide was really very good and with various explanations and help it was an epic adventure, especially the descent phase 😂. Definitely worth doing again!

My girlfriend and I attended the afternoon shift together with a group of strangers. Sebastian and Claudio immediately put us at ease. After a short acclimatisation phase, the course starts with the highest dive to get the fear out. Despite this, don't worry, your legs will continue to shake for the next dives. Once the first part of the experience is over, the body rafting phase begins. This phase is definitely less adrenaline-pumping, but no less fun, especially thanks to our friendly guides. Highly recommended experience!
