Experience the unique sensation of gliding over water with a wing foil. The lesson includes a first part on land and a second part on water. In the first phase the instructor will teach you how to manoeuvre the wing and how to change direction. After becoming familiar with the equipment, you will enter the water for the actual baptism. In the second phase, the instructor will teach you how to move and how to find the balance to glide the wing foil board. The 60-minute lesson will no doubt be enough for you to fall in love with the sport.
