Magical

It took us a while to find the boat hire place, as we were looking for a different hire firm, but we got there in the end. Antonio was very helpful; there were four of us, so we needed two forms of photo ID. nnIt was a lovely day with a wonderfully calm sea; the boat was the perfect size and didn’t go very fast, which I really liked, though my husband wasn’t so keen. We swam in a small cove with crystal-clear waters teeming with fish, had lunch at the stern of the boat and sunbathed. A truly magical experience. We found that four hours was just right. nnThe petrol station we were supposed to use to refuel was closed. So make sure you bring some cash in case the hire company has to do it for you. It cost us €50 for half a tank. nnAll in all, it was one of our most wonderful experiences.

This rental was super! The owner showed us everything about steering the boat in 20 minutes, and after a short briefing, we could go out to the open sea. During the 8 hours, we could explore and land everywhere we wanted.

It was a lovely experience, but some things didn’t match the event description

The experience lived up to our expectations and the boat was sturdy and gave us no trouble. I’d recommend it even to complete beginners. The only thing I’d like to point out is the rusty USB port and the fact that there was no test run in the harbour – just a brief explanation at the jetty about where the controls were. We were also asked to go and fill up with petrol ourselves, which took away from our actual sailing time. Out of the 4 hours, bear in mind that you’ll lose at least 30 minutes between signing the contract, collecting the boat and filling up with petrol (a bit longer if you hit a queue at the petrol station). The staff, however, were friendly and approachable.

Our first experience as boat captains – amidst plenty of laughter as we got the hang of the manoeuvres – the trip was truly enchanting. Two hours fly by without you even realising it, because the route is so thrilling.nYou sail along the gulf to reach the Rabbit Island and then all the way round Garda Island with its beautiful castle.nDefinitely worth doing again

Everything went really well

Everything went really well – we arrived early. They gave us a brief briefing, and we picked up the boat, which was clean and in excellent condition with everything we needed on board, and we had a fantastic four-hour day out on Lake Garda… I highly recommend it, not least because the price is very competitive compared to other boat hire companies – it’s well worth travelling a few extra kilometres to use this hire firm. You set off with a full tank of fuel and, on your return, you top up the difference and pay on the spot. It’s all very straightforward.

4 Magical Hours at Sea

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐nnMy girlfriend and I had such a lovely four hours on the boat. Everything was perfect, from the service to the way they looked after us. They explained everything clearly, spoke excellent English, and were always happy to help and check in on us.nnHonestly, one of the best experiences of our trip. 10/10 ❤️
