The experience is beautiful, the flight is relaxing and pleasant... there is a lack of welcome and professionalism on the part of those responsible for welcoming customers and making them participate... given the cost, they could also provide a couple of bottles of water instead of making them wait an hour in the sun...

A wonderful experience even for those like me who are afraid to take their feet off the ground! Carried along by the wind, you fly over hills and plains with beautiful colours! 5 stars, that's all I can add!

Great experience, watching the balloon being assembled and inflated. Beautiful view from above, very pleasant silence at altitude, peace and quiet. Polite staff.
