The Tonale Pass is located between Trentino-Alto Adige and Lombardy, in the provinces of Trento and Brescia, respectively. It is an alpine pass located at 1,884m above sea level, which divides the Ortler Alps and the Adamello Alps and Presanella Alps, connecting the localities of Vermiglio e Ponte di Legno.
It is one of the major ski centers in northern Italy, with an area, the Adamello Ski, equipped with over 100 km of slopes of varying levels of difficulty, suitable for both beginners and expert skiers. The four ski areas present in the area (Ponte di Legno, Tonale Pass, Presena Glacier and Temù) have 41 slopes and 28 ski lifts, distributed between 1,121 and 3,016 meters above sea level.

All instructors are certified and in line with the latest teaching methods. At Tonale Pass ski schools you will improve your technique, learn to ski effectively, quickly and smoothly, become more confident and, most importantly, have fun!
At Adamello Ski, of course, if you want you can also approach other winter disciplines such as snowboarding, telemark, freeriding and cross-country skiing.
Everyone can ski in Tonale Pass and spend carefree hours in the snow! Baby parks and school camps are set up for children, where instructors can initiate the little ones into the discovery of winter sports with dedicated courses divided by age group, from 3 to 12 years old.
In any case, to progress quickly and become familiar with skiing in a short time, nothing beats a private lesson. This can be done individually by a single student or shared by a small group of friends with the same level of experience.
Tonale Pass’ ski instructors offer lessons to skiers of all ages and levels, customizing programs and methods to suit specific needs, from the beginners child or adult to the more experienced athlete.
The price of a ski school in Tonale Pass depends on the season, but generally a course for children is around 140/150€, while for adults it is around 120€. In the event that you would like to book a ski instructor for private lessons, a one-hour one-to-one course costs 40€, while the cost per person in the case of groups goes down to about 20€, depending on the number of participants.

First experience with the Freedome staff I would say very positive. Right from the reservation they were very kind and friendly, which is not every day. As for the lesson no less, Giacomo very nice, he immediately took confidence with us, but especially with the girls who were very happy and amused. I booked a ski lesson for my children who had never put on skis before. Great professionalism of the teacher Nicole who was able to guide them. At the end of the lesson and they were already able to do the baby slope on their own by pressing the ski-lift. Highly recommended !!!
