A wonderful experience, even for us beginners, and Marco and Monica were brilliant guides!
We walked the Fosso della Mola Perdita trail near Grotti and had a brilliant time.nThe guides, Marco and Monica, were excellent, and the route is suitable even for children aged around 10.nThe actual hike lasted nearly 2 hours and 30 minutes, not including the time spent getting into and out of our wetsuits.nBefore starting the descent into the gorge, you need to walk up a path through the woods for 10–15 minutes, after which you reach the base of a waterfall where you stop to put on your wetsuits, harnesses and helmets.nBefore setting off, the guides explained the technique for descending in complete safety.nThe setting is stunning: the stream has carved its way through the almost white, seemingly smooth limestone rock, amidst the vegetation… it was a wonderful experience.

Fun and a bit of a thrill in the heart of nature
A really fun and adventurous activity. The staff were very friendly, gave clear instructions and provided constant assistance throughout the course. Highly recommended for everyone, young and old, who’s reasonably agile.
