There is canyoning... and then there is canyoning in Val Bodengo. Also known as one of the most spectacular canyons in Europe, this canyon winds its way along the Torrente Boggia, creating an advanced 3½-hour route of pure immersion in nature, with jumps, rapids and thrilling passages. Caution! The activity is suitable for those with previous experience of canyoning with ropes. If this is not the case, the guide may exercise the right not to carry out the activity for safety reasons.

Magnificent experience. The route is challenging, despite being for beginners, but the effort is repaid by the spectacle of the river and the waterfalls. An excellent and prepared guide, Mr Franco accompanied us along the entire route, showing us step by step all the passages clearly and safely. The organisation was also excellent, the guide contacting you personally for any information or schedule changes. Definitely an experience to be had at least once in a lifetime, we will definitely be returning. P.S. You are required to know how to swim, and this is a tip not to be underestimated. We, who manage it, had some difficulties due to the temperature of the water, which in some places takes your breath away. For everything else, I'll just say: magnificent.

First Canyoning experience, and it couldn't have gone better! With the support of Franco, a very professional and supportive mountain guide, as well as a delightful and funny person, I managed to do the whole route safely and with lots of laughs. Super recommended!
