Memorable experience

Hello, Our flight on sunday 20th of october with beautiful weather was amazing. The smooth piloting of Marcello with his comments in a very good French allowed us to admire the grandiose landscape. I want to congratulate him and his technician for the adjustment of the balancing of the rotors because I have rarely seen an A/C with such a low vibration level (I am a dynamic components expert working for Airbus Helicopters) I was like sitting in a sofa in my living room !!! Congratulations to both of them. Thank you very much for this great moment. Christian & Valerie.

Amazing views

We had a great flight, all the staff were really friendly and helpful. nThe pilot was fantastic and really knowledgeable about both the volcano and the island itself. nThe staff were great with out 10 year old too and made sure everyone was comfortable and happy.nnWe were lucky enough to go up 15 minutes after it snowed at the peak for an added touch
