My goodness this was an AMAZING experience our guide Riccardo Pra Mio is the best and passionate tour guide and made me and my husband feel at home and at ease. As soon as I made the booking I have been contacted prior to our activity date and helped me and gave me some tips and also what to bring/buy since this is our first snow experience ever ! We are coming from a Tropical island Aruba and did not know what to expect. Riccardo welcomed us like family and helped us with the gear and explanation was top. Riccardo showed us a part of the Dolomite's and shared with us the detail of the lands and traditions and to top this experience we saw 4 white ptarmigan, a protective species that it is only visible in the dolomite's. Riccardo also helped with the research to his country by showing and sharing the behaviour and the beauty of them. He has taking some pictures and videos with us too!
