Really exciting activity, enjoyable and within everyone's reach. The guides were very friendly and professional right from the start, they were able to create a serene atmosphere and were always attentive to everyone's difficulties or needs.

Tiziana and Alberto professional precise punctual polite friendly. They explain well and never leave you alone during the whole experience. I tried both Rafting and Kajak via Freedome. The Ticino is a "quieter" river than others, so in my opinion ideal for those who have never sailed and want to approach the disciplines.

Beautiful experience on the Ticino! The area is really beautiful and the kayak tour was relaxing and fun. Our guide, Alberto, was exceptional: friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive. He told us interesting facts about the area, gave us clear explanations about kayaking and always made me feel safe, even though I was a bit scared at first. He also took beautiful photos! Despite some initial problems with the booking, they went out of their way to help us. Highly recommended!

The guide gave us a brief training on the canoe we were about to use and how to make the right turns, then led us along a beautiful nature trail. We also had a chance to swim in the river on a small beach. At the end of the tour, we were then taken back to our starting point (and our cars) by a minibus. At the end of the tour, we were also sent photos that we had taken together. A great experience! The route was long but not at all tiring, with mostly quiet sections :)
