Beautiful experience. A thermal shirt and clean, dry clothes after finishing the experience is definitely recommended. A sweatshirt is also recommended to cover yourself afterwards as you have wet hair anyway and there are no hot showers at the moment. Also, you need to be comfortable with water: sometimes, after abseiling or tobogganing, you go with your head underneath. P.S. The guide will also take some photos and videos of you on the way.

Superbly prepared guide
Fantastic first canyoning experience and Gianluca, our guide, very helpful and knowledgeable! He gave us confidence to do things as independently as possible under his supervision and it was very inspiring! Super recommended, we will definitely do it again!
