A brilliant experience – dinner in the great outdoors

Matteo and Silvia are two lovely, incredibly helpful people, as are their staff. There’s a calm and relaxing atmosphere there. A brilliant stay and a delicious dinner – I highly recommend it.

Two days of relaxation

A beautiful, welcoming place; the staff were extremely friendly, the food was very good and the wine even better. The rooms were lovely, spacious and clean. A great choice for a couple of days’ relaxation.

Everything was wonderful, from...

Everything was wonderful, from the tour of the wine cellars to the wine tasting, and the accommodation and breakfast. A charming place, a superb room, and friendly, courteous staff – particularly Gabriele, with whom we did practically everything. Our only suggestion – though this may be more a matter for the arrangements between Freedom and the estate – is that the selection of typical local produce was a bit limited, but overall it was a wonderful experience for us, one we’d highly recommend and would love to repeat. <3

A relaxing time amongst mums

A day out with a mum friend – a welcome break from our ever-hectic lives. The perfect place to relax, listen to one another and share stories. Time seemed to stand still. We really appreciated the passion with which the story of the family and the farmhouse was told. The wine is excellent and we returned home with a lovely ‘little treasure’ to see us through the winter – and we certainly felt re-energised!
