All the staff...
All the staff were kind and helpful: from the girl at the reception desk who lent me her sweatshirt for the flight, to the very good and friendly pilot Raphael, to the gentleman who drove us back to the base after the flight. Also great were the two guys who were assisting with the landing. Beautiful to see our beautiful Tuscan hills from above and excellent breakfast on arrival.

Hot air balloon flight over the chianti hills
Unforgettable experience, the staff very helpful and courteous. Luigi our pilot was truly exceptional and ready to explain any curiosity we had. We flew over the countryside of San Casciano. Unfortunately we flew low, I would have preferred a higher altitude to enjoy a wider view, but it was still a very positive experience. I thank my basket mates for their friendliness. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the toast, very appropriate for celebrating my birthday, at the end of the flight. Highly recommended experience.
