The guides were very good at guiding us along the rivers and describing what we were going through. we went along some livelier stretches and others, where the water was calmer, we were entertained by games, dives and swimming in the river. This morning we went rafting on the Tanagro and Sele rivers and it was an exciting and fun experience for the whole family, definitely worth repeating. Our guide Federica despite her young age proved to be a reliable, fun and extremely professional person ( Brava) the whole Teem was exceptional. Thanks for the three hours of extreme fun. In fact, even if you have to work🤣, you will have fun between rapids, dinghy assaults and bathing. All this will take place in complete peace and quiet thanks to the experienced, friendly and above all fun guides. In addition, you can stop in a small olive grove to enjoy your lunch or have a small coffee. Highly recommended!

Great day of fun. Well-structured activity with the right alternation between a boat trip and bathing in the river and games. Ideal as a first experience for approaching rafting. My children and I were enthralled by the day. Good, well-prepared and professional instructors.
