The canoe ride went very well, the guide was friendly, knowledgeable and certainly gives the experience that extra touch. The lotus flowers, although not beautiful in September, look great. I recommend not leaving everything in the car and just bringing your smartphone or camera; at sunset, the lake is spectacular. Just two notes: unfortunately, the area is not at all attractive, the little island was 'closed' and it's a shame, and in my opinion it limits a lot. Finally, on the website the experience was indicated as 2.5 hours: we definitely went up after 6.30 p.m. and we got back by 8 p.m. at the latest. I still recommend this experience to everyone!

It was a wonderful experience, Marco (our guide) was very kind, thoughtful and friendly. He explained the history of the lake, the lotus flowers and the Virginia islet to us along the way, and we were also lucky enough to meet one of the last 3 fishermen on the lake. Truly an experience that I heartily recommend to anyone who wants to spend 2 hours immersed in the beauty of nature (and the great thing is that you can take home as many lotus flowers as you like!). Also highly recommended as a gift!

Good morning everyone, The excursion from Biandronno to the Virginia islet was an extraordinary experience. The guide Marco of Pollo Surf Experience is young but experienced and very knowledgeable about the floral and faunal history of the area. He was able to put us at ease while paddling, telling us about the history of the islet and the Palaeolithic-era archaeological finds. I highly recommend this extraordinary experience, thank you very much Denis

The canoe ride was enchanting. You explore parts of the river that cannot be reached except by canoe. In particular, there is a lagoon full of yellow water lilies that you cannot even imagine. There is also a small channel where the water is so still that you can't tell which plants are which and what their reflection is. I highly recommend it! Simone is also a wonderful person. Available, kind, patient and very very prepared as a hiking guide.

Canoeing is easy, safe and fun with the help of Marco and Gaia, two very friendly and capable guys who put you at ease and make sure that everything goes well. The view of Santa Caterina from the lake is special, and the aperitif a pleasant addition in an adventurous context. The dog Naghisa is also fantastic, friendly but polite, cheerful and full of energy! Definitely recommended for those who want a nature experience in good company.

I highly recommend this experience, especially for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and have a full immersion in nature! The guides were very friendly and explained a lot about the history of the lake, the locals and the lotus plants. A two and a half hour experience that definitely makes you appreciate the little things. Definitely worth doing again!
