Rafting Aosta: what you need to know to make the most out of the experience
Rafting is a river activity consisting in a descent of a mountain stream aboard a special boat, the raft. The crew, consisting of about 8 people, sails down the river and overcomes rapids and various natural obstacles they find on the way.
Before setting off, the guide offers a briefing on basic rules and participants are taught how to use paddles. Once on board, the guide gives necessary directions and coordinates the movements of the rest of the crew to move along the river.
Rafting is a sport suitable for everyone. There is no real age limit, you just need to be in shape and have good water skills. Each river has different levels of difficulty, and everyone can choose the route according to their level.

Morning of fun
More than positive experience, good guys in explaining the briefing, not boring at all and good at making the descent experience beautiful. Just over 2 and a half hours. Between briefing, dressing, descent and return to the base point

Great time on Dora Baltea
Amazing time!!! The staff is so nice and professional . The Dora Baltea is a strong, beautiful alpine river. We have totally enjoyed the two descents after the safety briefing, because we felt in total confidence. Such a good fun! And the view from the river was also amazing, with the 'Mont Blanc' right behind us!

Adrenalin in safety
Excellent organisation that provides a safe experience even for inexperienced tourists. The river offers a fun, at times exciting, but not frightening course. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The quality of the photos and videos taken by Santiago are excellent and worth taking, not least because the cost is absolutely reasonable.

Unforgettable
First time rafting and wow! 🚣♂️ I was a bit tense at first, especially when they explained that we were going to get very wet (and yes, the water is really cold 😅). But after the first rapid I relaxed and started to enjoy it: the feeling of going down the river, the sound of the water and the laughter of the group is priceless. At the end we were all soaked, tired... and super happy, really worth it at least once in a lifetime
